The billing of car wash is a manual process, this requires identification of the car, it’s number plates to whom the car belongs? Is the customer new or old loyal one? Has the car been washed before?
Rather than manually finding these out, why can’t an automated system fill in. Once the car is being washed, why can’t the money be debited from the person’s account so that one can just drive away without even thinking to pay? This adds to customer comfort.
Why can’t there be an image recognition system, that asses the car on how to be washed and uses minimum resources? Why can’t an automated system find out what kind of washes are being done and bill it accordingly?
